The Position
Provide legal advice on commercial, labor, tax, regulatory, intellectual property and data privacy matters.
Draft, review and negotiation of a wide range of contracts and agreements with vendors and distributors
Identity legal risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies
Support business and functional teams with legal input on transactions, partnerships, and strategic initiatives
Ensure company policies and practices comply with local laws
Represent company's interests in legal proceedings and liaise with external counsels as needed
Oversee corporate governance and maintain legal documentation
Who you are
Law Degree (specialization studies is a plus)
3-5 years of experience as a Senior Legal Counsel or Legal Manager in transnational companies
Solid expertise in data privacy matters, corporate housekeeping matters, employment law, contract drafting and negotiation, intellectual property and contract management
Excellence drafting, negotiation, and communications skills in English language (writing, speaking and listening)
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure
High sense of responsability
High ethical standards and sound judgement
Strong communication skills (oral and writing), proactiveness and curiosity
Preferred Skils
Experience in pharmaceutical industry




Strong pharma business acumen and ability to balance legal and commercial considerations
This position does not have relocation support.
