We're hiring an experienced editorial leader to build and scale thought leadership and industry content programs that position our firm as a trusted advisor, drive measurable revenue, and translate complex technical and professional services topics into clear, original perspectives.
You will lead a team, design content governance and AI-enabled workflows, partner with stakeholders and service leaders, and use data to make start/stop/more decisions that move the business.
What you'll own
- Define and execute the organization's thought leadership and industry content strategy across multiple verticals and service lines, aligned to priorities and revenue goals.
- Lead, coach, and scale an editorial team, set standards, scoring, and performance expectations.
- Build and govern a content operating model
- Operationalize AI-enabled content workflows to increase throughput and quality while preserving editorial judgment and originality.
- Partner cross-functionally with growth, sales, communications, product, and digital teams to translate technical subject matter into accessible, high-impact content and campaigns.
- Drive stakeholder alignment via recurring cross-functional cadence.
- Own end-to-end campaign planning and execution for flagship thought leadership initiatives, newsletters, executive programs,



and multi-format content distribution.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 6 years' experience leading editorial or thought leadership initiatives, ideally within professional services, financial services, or agency settings.
- Proven track record building and scaling thought leadership programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Experience leading and coaching writers and strategists to produce high-quality, original insight.
- Strong content operations experience
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with subject matter experts, and executive stakeholders to create market-facing narratives.
- Analytical mindset with experience to measure content performance and inform strategy.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI/LLM tools and managing vendor evaluations and pilots (e.g., WRITER, Jasper, Claude, ChatGPT).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex technical or regulatory topics into clear, persuasive content.
- Strong project management and change management skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- Experience translating brand messaging across service lines.
