**About the Role**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Provide visionary leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality education across all academic levels (preschool to high school).
- Develop, implement, and monitor the school's academic policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best educational practices.
- Lead the design, development, and improvement of curricula, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Oversee faculty development, ensuring teachers receive ongoing professional development and support.
- Work collaboratively with senior leadership to ensure the school's academic objectives are met and align with the institution's mission and values.
- Manage the academic staff, including recruitment, evaluation, and performance management.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.
- Represent the school in academic-related external activities and build relationships with educational bodies and organizations.
**Required Qualifications and Experience**:- A certification from Cambridge University (or equivalent) in education or academic leadership.




- Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic leadership roles, ideally overseeing education from preschool to high school.
- A Master's degree in Education or a closely related field.
- A strong track record of successful leadership and program development across a wide range of educational levels.
- In-depth knowledge of curriculum design, pedagogy, and academic management.
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire faculty and students.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:- **Previous experience in a prestigious or international educational institution.
