Join our Integral Managed Services Transition Team as the technical focal point for tools conversations and deployments .
You'll drive reporting, automation, and continuous improvement across complex transition programs worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as client-facing expert on transition tools, reporting, and automation (Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, Claude Code)
- Lead end-to-end tools deployment strategies and drive user adoption
- Design and deliver training on AI, automation, and reporting capabilities
- Provide strategic recommendations on operational efficiencies and continuous improvement
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure quality and client success
