2. People Leadership create development plans for team members.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Manage scheduling, attendance, and staffing to ensure adequate coverage across shifts.
3. Client provide timely updates and action plans.
4. Quality MBA or equivalent is a plus.
5-8+ years of experience in operations/delivery management roles in BPO, KPO, content moderation, search evaluation, or similar digital operations environments.
Proven experience managing teams of 20+ members in a production/delivery setting.
Prior experience working with global tech / social media / internet clients is an added advantage.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding SLAs and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
Experience setting up or scaling new teams/sites is an advantage.
Skills comfort with metrics and dashboards.
Ability to manage ambiguity,



adapt to frequent changes in guidelines, and drive change management.
High level of ownership, accountability, and bias for action.
Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
Language Requirements Fluency in Spanish (native or near-native).
Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) to interact with global clients and internal teams.
