The Ecommerce Execution Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily operations of New Era Mexico's Ecommerce channel, ensuring accurate management of the product catalog, digital content, website, and mobile application.This role supports the execution of product launches, commercial campaigns, and digital merchandising activities, helping to deliver a seamless customer shopping experience and contributing to online sales growth through accurate content implementation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.Key Metrics:Product Upload Accuracy: Percentage of products published correctly, ensuring all product information, images, pricing, attributes, and content are complete and error-free.Site & App Accuracy: Accuracy and functionality of website and mobile app updates, ensuring published information is correct and aligned with commercial priorities.Launch Execution: Timely and accurate publication of products, collections, and commercial campaigns.Content Optimization: Level of digital content maintenance and optimization, including SEO improvements on product pages.Responsibilities1.
Product Catalog ManagementUpload, update, and maintain products within the Ecommerce platform.Validate product information (descriptions, images, pricing, categories, attributes, and multimedia content) to ensure accuracy and completeness.Review and follow up on products with missing information or assets.Monitor product inventory availability in Shopify to ensure accurate product visibility across digital channels.2.
Digital Content & Merchandising ManagementUpdate collections, categories, and menus within the website and mobile application.Support the digital merchandising of products according to commercial priorities and seasonal campaigns.Select products for commercial initiatives such as Fitted Friday, MLB Weekend, NFL Sundays, and other seasonal activations.Ensure published content is aligned with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.3.




Website & Mobile App OperationsPerform functional reviews of the website and mobile application to identify errors or improvement opportunities.Execute navigation and content testing before and after product launches and campaign activations.Follow up on issues identified within the Ecommerce platform.Coordinate product and campaign launches with the relevant internal teams.4.
Content Optimization & SEO/AEO/GEOOptimize product pages by applying basic SEO best practices.Improve product titles, descriptions, and content elements to enhance product searchability and discoverability.Ensure published information contributes to an improved user experience.Apply basic knowledge of SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) principles to optimize digital content.RequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field.Previous experience in Ecommerce, Digital Retail, Marketplaces, or online sales-related roles.Commercial experience in fashion, sportswear, consumer goods, or retail companies is preferred.Practical knowledge of Ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar platforms).
