Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join its manufacturing leadership team.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role that serves as a trusted business partner to site leadership, helping drive employee engagement, organizational development, and a high-performance culture.
The adecuado candidate is a proactive HR leader with strong manufacturing experience who enjoys partnering with leaders to support business growth and workforce development.ResponsibilitiesPartner with site leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.Lead full-cycle recruiting and workforce planning efforts to attract and retain top talent.Foster a positive employee experience by promoting engagement, communication, and a strong workplace culture.Coach and support leaders on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.Develop succession plans and support leadership development initiatives.Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable federal and state employment laws.Oversee compensation,



recognition, and employee incentive programs.Maintain and communicate HR policies and procedures while ensuring consistent application.Lead employee relations activities and respond to employee concerns in a timely and professional manner.Supervise and develop one direct report.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.5+ years of Human Resources leadership experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.Bilingual in English / Spanish.Experience partnering with operations and leadership teams to drive business and people initiatives.Prior people management experience.Strong knowledge of employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and related regulations.Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
