We are seeking an experienced, proactive Human Resources Business Partner to act as a strategic Business Partner to our management team.
In this role, you will oversee end-to-end HR operations—from talent acquisition and onboarding to labor relations, compensation, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.If you are a results-driven HR professional dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture, maintaining high standards of integrity, and supporting employee retention, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitieLead induction and onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a clear understanding of company policies, rights, and responsibilitiesMaintain and audit the HRIS database (Tress System) and physical/digital employee file systemsAnalyze, update, and maintain standardized job descriptions across departmentsImplement and enforce labor relations policies, internal work regulations (RIT), performance management policies, and disciplinary protocolsManage employee contract terminations, resignations, and exit interviews while ensuring legal complianceOversee statutory employee administration and legal obligations before Mexican authorities (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, AFORE, and Migration for non-Mexican employees)Handle employee grievances neutrally and maintain interdepartmental harmonyManage employee benefits programs (statutory and supplemental),
ensuring strict adherence to company budgets and local/federal labor lawsParticipate in regional wage/salary surveys to gather market benchmark data and support compensation strategy updatesSupport the payroll process by verifying data entries (hires, terminations, salary modifications, vacations, sick leaves, and disability forms)Partner with management to design internal communication strategies (newsletters, bulletin boards, email announcements, and town halls)Plan and execute motivational programs, team-building initiatives, social/cultural events, and community outreach activitiesTrack and analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, exit trends) to provide actionable recommendations to leadershipCollaborate in designing and implementing Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) committees and programs to ensure legal regulatory complianceEnsure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality System standards.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field3+ years of professional HR experience in a generalist role within a manufacturing or corporate environmentProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (specifically Tress System).
Professional English proficiency (conversational and written).
In-depth knowledge of Mexican Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and immigration documentation procedures.Key CompetenciesStrong interpersonal and communication skills with an approachable leadership style.Proactive problem-solver with a commitment to continuous improvement.High ethical standards, confidentiality, and integrity.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
