This individual will create communication plans, executive presentations, employee messaging, toolkits, and adoption materials that help leaders and employees successfully navigate organizational change.The adecuado candidate combines strong communication skills with change management experience and is passionate about driving employee understanding, engagement, and adoption across People & Culture programs.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Create communication plans, toolkits, presentations, templates, and implementation resourcesDevelop employee-facing communications supporting People & Culture initiativesDraft executive messaging, leader communications, newsletters,



and email campaignsCreate change management materials to support adoption and engagementBuild communication strategies for program launches and organizational initiativesPartner with HR and business leaders on communication needsSupport rollout of employee engagement and culture initiativesGather feedback and measure communication effectivenessCreate executive presentations and leadership-ready materialsRecommend improvements to communication strategies and adoption plansMust Haves:2+ years of experience in Change Management, Internal Communications, Employee Communications, HR Programs, Organizational Development, or related experienceStrong writing, editing, presentation, and communication skillsExperience creating communication plans, toolkits, guides, presentations, and employee communicationsExperience supporting organizational change initiatives and program rolloutsExperience developing executive-ready communication materialsProficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and ChatGPTStrong project coordination and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate complex concepts into clear and actionable communicationsPlusses:Experience supporting Culture & Engagement initiativesExperience working within HR or People & Culture organizationsExposure to formal change management methodologiesExperience creating employee communication campaignsExperience supporting organizational transformationsExperience creating newsletters, email campaigns, and executive messagingExperience gathering employee feedback and engagement insights
