Confidential Opportunity | Distribution CoordinatorWe're looking for a Distribution Coordinator to join a integral manufacturing company and lead distribution and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.In this role, you will:Lead daily warehouse and distribution activities to ensure on-time deliveries.Coordinate logistics operations with cross-functional teams including Planning, Production, Quality, Transportation and Customer Service.Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.Supervise warehouse personnel, promote a strong safety culture and support team development.Monitor transportation performance, inventory flow and shipping accuracy.Ensure compliance with trade,



customs and distribution processes while meeting customer requirements.Qualifications:✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
✔ Experience leading warehouse, distribution or logistics operations within a manufacturing environment.
✔ Knowledge of transportation, inventory management and import/export processes.
✔ Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar).
✔ Advanced English.
✔ Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
Location: Northeast Mexico.
