*Must have experience with IFS ERP.Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and manage the master production schedule for a manufacturing operation in the Reynosa, Tamaulipas area.
This role is responsible for balancing customer demand, production capacity, and material availability to ensure on-time delivery while driving planning accuracy and operational efficiency.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) using IFS ERP.Balance demand, capacity, inventory, and material availability to meet customer requirements.Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, Engineering, and Operations to align schedules and priorities.Monitor schedule performance, identify constraints,



and implement corrective actions.Support S&OP;, forecasting, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain planning data and ensure the accuracy of scheduling information within IFS.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.5+ years of production planning or master scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment.Hands-on experience with IFS ERP.Strong knowledge of MRP, MPS, capacity planning, and inventory management.Advanced Excel and analytical skills.Bilingual English / Spanish required.
