We are looking for an Automation Engineer to help transform manufacturing through Automation and lead design, implementation and continuous improvement of automated production systems that increase efficiency, quality and operational performance.
** This role can be staffed from any of the following Cinch locations: McAllen, TX, Waseca, MN or Reynosa, Tamps Mexico **Are You Looking To:Design and implement automated systems for use in diverse manufacturing and production environments.Develop and implement improvements to existing automation in mechanical assembly, machining and inspection processes.Develop and implement maintenance programs for equipment.Manage equipment purchase and installation.Are You Ready To: Lead collaborative discussions between local management and upper management to determine automation capabilities and goals.Create detailed road maps to guide automation projects from conception to final implementation.Support existing automation technology with component and process upgrades.Equipment Bill of Materials.Lead end-to-end functional testing of all points to local devices, HMI, control room,
