Maintenance ManagerWe are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment.
This position is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, maximizing operational uptime, leading maintenance teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and CMMS management.Manage maintenance personnel, contractors, and departmental resources.Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis,



and reliability initiatives.Monitor maintenance KPIs and implement actions to improve performance.Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.QualificationsEngineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related).10+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.Experience leading maintenance teams and managing multiple priorities.Strong knowledge of CMMS, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability.Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
