Support the Finance and Plant Controlling team by preparing monthly financial reports, assisting in internal and external audits, automating reports and improving financial processes.Interact with operational areas to gather relevant data for financial analysis and contribute to the monthly plant closing.Help document financial processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

You'll also interact with operational stakeholders across the plant, gaining visibility into production, logistics, and cost control processes.
This is a contributor role with opportunities to take initiative and lead small improvement projects.What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, graduating in July **** or later.Intermediate Excel skills are required (pivot tables, formulas, charts), and familiarity with systems like SAP is a plus.A basic understanding of financial and cost accounting concepts will help you succeed.Intermediate English proficiency is preferred for reading reports and basic communication.Proactive attitude, taking initiative and ownership of tasks in a fast-paced environment.Ready to gain the experience that will set your finance career in motion?
