This position leads end-to-end construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
The director oversees project teams and external contractors, manages stakeholder communication, and resolves operational issues to keep projects on track.
Daily responsibilities include reviewing project plans and engineering designs, monitoring progress, validating cost estimates,



and approving procurement decisions.
The role also involves establishing best practices, reporting project performance to senior leadership, and supporting continuous improvement in construction processes and methodologies.QualificationsStrong construction project leadership with hands-on experience in Construction and Civil Engineering.Proficiency in Budgeting and Cost Management to control project financial performance.Solid understanding of Procurement processes related to construction materials, equipment, and services.Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards in the Monterrey, Metropolitan Area.Proven ability to analyze risks, develop mitigation plans, and make data-informed decisions under time constraints.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with capability to report clearly to senior leadership.Previous experience in a director-level or senior management role in construction is highly beneficial.
