The adecuado candidate will combine operational oversight with a warm, guest-first attitude that reflects the hotels family-centered values.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a close-knit team environment and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences from check-in to breakfast.RequirementsEnsure that all guest rooms, public areas, and grounds are clean, well-maintained, and reflect the charm and quality of the InnDeliver an exceptional guest experience by ensuring service standards are consistently metGreet and register guests, respond to inquiries, and ensure all special requests are handled with careSupervise and support front-desk and housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance managementCoordinate front-desk operations, room assignments, billing,
