Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Responsibility for assigned country payrolls, payroll delivery - processing payrolls, including: calculating, bonus payments, starters and leavers, salary payments- Ensuring that Payroll processes are in line with global directions, legal and taxation standards, procedures, collective tariff agreements, country specific requirements and comply with legislative obligations and internal auditing requirements- Performing standard payroll controls including SOX controls and respective evidences- Prepare a Net to pay file per legal entity, control generated bank files- Manage final payroll settlement based on data received from HR Generalists and payroll data- Full administration of Mexico monthly contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISPT)- Cooperate with payroll vendors on seamless and timely delivery- Year End payroll process, Tax Year end activitiesExperiência y requisitos- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting area- 5+ years' experience processing, validating and analyzing weekly Payroll,
