As Brand Manager you will develop marketing strategies to achieve company growth and strengthen market presence.You will understand and interpret the main market trends to maximize them with a product portfolio that meets the needs of different target audiences.You will report to the Product Director.
**Key Responsibilities**- Develop the long-term product strategy for the assigned lines, aligning this strategy with the national and integral goals.
- Analyze the market and competition thoroughly to identify opportunities and threats and use this data to design portfolio strategies.
- Lead the innovation process for the products under management using both external and internal insights.
- Collaborate and participate in diverse teams to build cross-category strategies in the medium and long term.
- Lead market research needs and data analysis to obtain valuable insights into consumer behavior and market trends.
- Conduct post-mortem analyses of implemented strategies and provide recommendations to improve results.
- Coordinate the national promotional strategy.
- Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing direction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure agreement between different commercial layers and ensure implementation of the strategy towards the end customer.
- Collaborate with the pricing team to ensure the profitability of the assigned categories and guarantee strategic.
- Stay updated on trends and news in the paint market and the construction industry, and global and national trends that may influence the business.
**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Finance.
- Advanced level of English.
- 5+ years experience in product portfolio management.

- Vision for the short, medium, and long term.
