Your mission
We are looking for a
Controllerhip Senior Manager
to join our global team, you'll be
responsible for overseeing the Company's global financial reporting process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies, strengthening internal controls, and partnering with regional finance teams to deliver high-quality financial information. This position reports directly to the Director of Global Controllership and will play a key role in strengthening the Company's global accounting and financial reporting function as we continue enhancing our finance organization to meet the expectations of a public-company environment.
What will you do?
Financial Reporting & Close
Close Management:
Coordinate the global monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close.
Financial Statements:
Prepare, review,



and ensure compliance of consolidated, statutory, and management financial statements with
IFRS
and corporate policies.
Financial Analysis:
Analyze results and deliver insights on significant variances and accounting impacts.
Corporate Controllership & Technical Accounting
Policy & Guidance:
Establish global accounting policies and provide technical guidance to regional teams.
Complex Transactions:
Lead the adoption of new accounting standards and document conclusions via technical accounting memoranda.
Process Consistency:
Drive continuous improvement and standardization across all subsidiaries.
Internal Controls & SOX
Control Environment:
Design and strengthen Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (
ICFR
).
SOX & Risk:
Lead
SOX compliance
initiatives, monitor governance, identify risks, and partner with Internal Audit to remediate deficiencies.
External Audit & Regulatory Compliance
Audit Management:
Primary liaison for external auditors, coordinating annual global audits and
PCAOB-compliant
audit activities.
Statutory Compliance:
Ensure timely completion of statutory filings and regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
Strategic Partnership & Leadership
Cross-Functional Support:
Collaborate with FP&A;, Legal, HR, and regional teams on strategic initiatives,



including
M&A;
and entity restructurings.
Team Leadership:
Help build a high-performing global team focused on accountability, operational excellence, and continuous development.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in
Accounting or Finance
(Master's is a plus).
CPA
(or equivalent professional certification) preferred.
10+ years
of progressive experience in accounting, controllership, or financial reporting.
Experience in
multinational companies
, managing global teams, consolidations, and multiple international legal entities.
Accounting & Controls:
Strong expertise in
IFRS
, intercompany consolidations, technical accounting research, ICFR, and
SOX compliance
.
SEC reporting experience is preferred.
Proficiency in enterprise ERPs (
SAP, Oracle, NetSuite
, or similar) and advanced Excel.
Experience with platforms like
OneStream, Hyperion, Oracle FCCS, or Workiva
is a plus.
Leadership & Strategy:
Strategic thinker with strong executive presence, high attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Stakeholder Management:
Ability to partner effectively with business leaders and influence without direct authority.
Work Style:
Proven capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced general environment.
