Are you passionate about developing strategic relationships and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships?
As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for representing BEO World to educational institutions, developing new business opportunities, and supporting our clients throughout the sales process, contributing to the growth of our international academic programs.
What will you do?
Develop strong business relationships with educational institutions, administrators, and key stakeholders.
Present and promote BEO World's international programs to institutions, students, and parents.
Manage the sales process from start to finish, from the initial presentation to closing the sale and providing follow-up.
Achieve sales targets through prospecting, negotiation, and business development strategies.
Follow up on collections and maintain close communication with clients.
Keep the CRM, sales pipeline, and tracking reports up to date. Collaborate with Customer Experience, Communications and Design, Logistics, and Finance to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
Participate in activations, events, and sales strategies that strengthen BEO World's market position.




We are looking for individuals with:
+5 years of experience in consultative sales, business development, or sales management.
Experience in negotiation and closing sales.
Fluency in English.
CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot).
Excellent communication, leadership, and influence skills.
Results-oriented and focused on achieving sales targets.
Availability to travel.
Reliable internet connection.

A Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, International Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in the education, tourism, or service sectors.
Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales processes.
Own vehicle.
