Manufacturing Operations Manager | CNC
This role will be responsible for leading a key manufacturing operation within a high-volume production environment, ensuring strong execution across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and people management.
Key responsibilities:
Lead daily manufacturing operations and production performance.
Manage operational teams in a shop-floor environment.
Drive improvements in efficiency, productivity, quality, and service levels.
Partner with cross-functional teams to solve operational issues.
Promote continuous improvement and strong execution discipline.
Adecuado background:
Experience leading
CNC
machining / machining operations is required
Experience leading manufacturing operations.
Strong shop-floor leadership and KPI management.
Experience managing direct and indirect teams.
Continuous improvement mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
English
