Key Responsibilities
Develop and nurture relationships with customers, partners, distributors, and industry stakeholders
Drive business development initiatives and identify new sales opportunities
Deliver product demonstrations tailored to customer needs




Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
Provide pre-sales support and solution guidance
Prepare reports, proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to support growth initiatives
Required Qualifications
Experience using CRM platforms
Fluent English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Ability to engage with clients across multiple countries and cultures
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of SaaS sales experience
Valid U.S. visa
Located near a major international airport in Latin America
Availability and willingness to travel to the U.S. for trade shows and events
Public speaking or presentation experience
Portuguese proficiency is a plus
Exposure to laboratory software, healthcare technology, life sciences, biotech, diagnostics, or LIMS solutions is advantageous
