Business Analyst Intern– Banking/Credit Card Domain
We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst Trainee
with strong expertise in the
Banking and Credit Card domain
. The idóneo candidate should have hands-on BA experience, deep knowledge of payment processes, and expertise in
ISO standards (ISO ****/ISO ***** preferred)
.
Responsibilities:
Deliver BA training focused on Banking, Credit Cards, and Payment Systems.
Train participants on requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and RTM.
Provide practical knowledge of credit card lifecycle, authorization, clearing, settlement, disputes, and payment workflows.
Explain ISO standards and their application in banking/payment systems.
Conduct real-world case studies and mentor trainees.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking/Credit Card domain.
Strong understanding of payment processing and financial systems.
Experience with ISO standards (ISO ****/ISO *****).
Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
