Position Summary
A senior leader responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing operations, ensuring the achievement of production, quality, safety, and operational efficiency goals. This role partners cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement, talent development, and execution of operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead manufacturing operations to ensure delivery of production plans, quality standards, and cost targets.
Develop and implement strategies to drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement across processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish action plans to close performance gaps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, supply chain, human resources) to ensure operational alignment.
Lead, develop, and strengthen team capabilities, fostering a high-performance culture.




Drive strategic initiatives focused on process optimization, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
Participate in budget planning and management for the function.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Progressive leadership experience within manufacturing or operations environments.
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
