**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Develop and execute a content strategy that supports personal brandgrowth- Plan, write, and schedule mainly short-form video content.
- Stay ahead of platform trends and adapt them creatively- Use Meta Business Suite for scheduling, reporting, and communitymanagement.
- Analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Respond to shifting priorities and feedback with agility.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Maintain an organized content calendar and adapt quickly to feedback orchanges- Communicate effectively with both creative teams and senior executives**KEY QUALIFICATIONS**- Strong experience working with Personal Brands, Influencers, etc, and withcontent planning and audience growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent storytelling skills.
- Proficient in Meta Business Suite.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of growing social media accounts.
- Great communicator, able to work with creative teams and seniorleadership.
