r is responsible for leading the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the Fish Meal Plant. This role oversees the conversion of fish by-products into high-quality fish meal and fish oil while maximizing yield, ensuring product quality, controlling costs, and maintaining environmental and food safety standards
The position provides strategic and operational leadership, working closely with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Environmental, and Corporate teams to achieve production objectives and drive continuous improvemen

Qualificat
ionsBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related fi
eld.7+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing operati
ons.3+ years of leadership experience managing production te
ams.Experience in fish meal, rendering, seafood processing, food manufacturing, or similar continuous process industries prefer
red.Strong knowledge of industrial processing equipment, dryers, presses, centrifuges, boilers, and utilit
ies.Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodolog
