**JOB SUMMARY**:Provide leadership and coordination for business and IT projects, ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions, process improvements, automation initiatives, and digital transformation efforts.Support operational efficiency through RPA, workflow automation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies while managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables- Coordinate requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder approvals- Lead implementation of automation solutions, RPA initiatives, and AI-driven process improvements- Identify repetitive tasks and opportunities for workflow optimization- Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, risk logs, and implementation schedules- Coordinate vendors, procurement activities, and cross-functional technical teams- Serve as escalation point for project risks, blockers, and operational issues- Ensure adherence to IT governance, cybersecurity,
