- Leads the IT Support staff to execute training and orientation for new technology users of the organization and helps them become familiar with equipment and networksExperiência y requisitos- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field (preferred).
- English proficiency at the B1 level, with the expectation of reaching C1 within the next six months.
- At least two years of proven professional experience in an IT Network Engineering role,



demonstrating knowledge and proficiency in the following competencies: Networking:- Protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN.
- Security Tools: Firewalls (SonicWall desirable), IDS/IPS, SIEM.
- Virtualization/Cloud: Hyper-V, AWS, Azure networking, MS tenant.
- Monitoring Tools: Azure Security platform, Service Desk Plus session management.
- Certifications: CompTIA Network+, Security+ are desirable.Cybersecurity - Perform vulnerability scans and patch management.
- Implement zero-trust architecture and MFA.
- Maintain compliance with standards like ISO *****.
