and iterate—track adoption metrics and ruthlessly prioritize based on data and business impactWhat We're Looking For:Required4+ years in product management at a stablecoin infrastructure provider, crypto exchange, cross‐border payments company, or fintech building on blockchain railsDeep stablecoin expertise: issuance and redemption mechanics, reserve models, on‐chain settlement, ecosystem dynamics, and how stablecoins interact with treasury flows and FXStrong understanding of fiat rails: ACH, wires, RTP, SWIFT, SEPA, PIX, SPEI—and how reconciliation, settlement timing, and fiat conversions work alongside stablecoin flowsBlockchain infrastructure literacy: EVM chains, Solana, Layer 2s, wallet architecture, key management, and custody.Able to converse with engineers on API docs and system designRegulatory fluency: AML/KYC frameworks, Travel Rule, MiCA, US state‐by‐state licensing, and how compliance requirements vary by jurisdictionAnalytical rigor: comfortable with SQL, dashboards, and building data‐driven business casesExceptional communication: can write strategy memos and product specs that align cross‐functional stakeholdersStrongly PreferredTrack record of owning complex, regulated financial products from concept through production at scaleRelationships in the stablecoin ecosystem—issuers, custodians, liquidity providers, or regulatorsExperience with multi‐market products serving LatAm, US, and/or European customersFamiliarity with developer platforms, API design, and ecosystem‐driven productsBackground in traditional payments or bankingWhy This Role MattersCross‐border payments move $150+ trillion annually through slow, expensive, opaque systems.Stablecoins are the most promising technology to fix this—but most stablecoin products today are built for crypto‐native users, not the finance teams at global businesses who move billions daily.At Jeeves, you'll bridge that gap and shape how thousands of global businesses adopt stablecoin‐powered finance.
