**Who You Are**:- ** Bachelor's degree in**computer science or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in **standardizing operational, technical, and administrative processes.
**:- Hands-on experience using** ServiceNow**for process management- Knowledge of** ITSM methodologies.
**:- Proficiency utilizing** ServiceNow and ITSM methodologies**to support process optimization and service management.
