Senior Consultant | Procurement & Supply Chain

As our Mexico City office continues to grow, we're looking for experienced consultants to join our team and support leading organizations across North America through strategic projects.

What you'll do: As a Senior Consultant, you'll take ownership of complex project workstreams while partnering with senior client stakeholders to deliver sustainable business impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Leading complex workstreams or managing multiple project streams simultaneously.

* Driving complex analyses, interpreting ambiguous data, and transforming insights into strategic recommendations.

* Designing and delivering Procurement & Supply Chain solutions tailored to client needs.

* Developing sourcing, negotiation, and procurement transformation strategies.

* Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and advising them throughout the project lifecycle.

* Planning, managing, and delivering project documentation and workstream activities.

* Coaching and mentoring junior consultants while ensuring Efficio methodologies and best practices are consistently applied.

* Identifying opportunities to improve existing ways of working and implementing innovative solutions that create measurable value.

* Supporting the recruitment and development of future consultants.

Requirements & Skills:

- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Experience in Management Consulting, ideally within Procurement and/or Supply Chain
- Proven experience working with senior client stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to challenge the status quo and develop innovative solutions
- Flexibility to travel
