Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in ATM projects to lead the implementation, modernization, and support of Multivendor ATM solutions for financial institutions.

The adecuado candidate will have extensive experience managing complex technology projects within the banking industry, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers while ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead implementation and modernization projects for Multivendor ATM solutions.
- Maintain daily communication in English with Chinese and Russian manufacturers, as well as customers.
- Coordinate technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and monitor project deliverables.
- Oversee installation, configuration, testing, certification, and production deployment activities.
- Monitor ATM infrastructure projects and device management initiatives.
- Manage project issues, change requests,



and continuous improvement activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare executive reports and project status updates for customers and management.
- Participate in technical and project review meetings with national and international clients.
- Manage projects using Agile, Scrum, or PMI methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience managing technology projects.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing ATM-related projects.
- Advanced English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
- Experience working with financial institutions or within the banking industry.
- Experience with Multivendor ATM solutions.
- Proven experience coordinating software development, infrastructure, and technical support teams.
- Strong customer-facing experience and vendor management skills.

What We Offer

- Monthly gross salary: MXN $50,000 – $60,000, based on experience and qualifications (monthly payroll).
