_- With help is able to understand customer requirements and identify proper supported teams to communicate and coordinates their involvement to fulfill customer requests._- Identifies risks, manages mitigations and solutions._- _ Interacts and builds an open relationship easily with IT support organizations and business program management and operations teams,
