****Responsibilities**:***The Opportunity**:As **Sustainability Leader (pep+)**, you will lead the **Operational Unit's pep+ governance**, ensuring alignment with general sustainability guidelines, strengthening data traceability, and driving the achievement of ambitious environmental and social targets.
***Your Impact**:In this strategic and hands-on role, your responsibilities will include:**Leading the sustainability agenda** within the Operational Unit (OU), managing cross-functional working groups to optimize resources, drive activities, and build action plans that support the delivery of pep+ targets.
**Supporting the implementation of sustainability projects** across the value chain, while building local capabilities and enhancing technical knowledge.




**Accelerating and scaling impact** by identifying and leveraging value chain partnerships that amplify current sustainability initiatives.
**Developing the OU's sustainability strategy**, embedding sustainable practices across the entire value chain to create long-term value for all stakeholders.
**Mapping existing sustainability projects** across PepsiCo-owned operations and identifying synergies and partnerships within the value chain to maximize results and shared impact.
**Defining and nurturing a pipeline of potential sustainability partnerships**, with a focus on impact scalability and alignment with pep+ goals.
**Establishing and leading strong commercial sustainability governance**, ensuring disciplined execution and alignment with business objectives across the Operational Unit.
- ** Actively engaging with NGOs, government agencies, and external stakeholders** to ensure compliance with local regulations, align with national sustainability priorities, and drive broader ecosystem collaboration.Qualifications:Are you passionate about leading impactful sustainability initiatives that drive real change?
We're looking for a **hands-on project management leader** with a strong background in environmental sustainability and innovation to join our team.
