Import & Export Analyst Location: Naucalpan, State of Mexico (Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote) We're looking for an Import & Export Analyst with hands-on experience coordinating international shipments, customs documentation and cross-border logistics.
If you have worked closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders and international suppliers, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do: Coordinate and monitor international import and export shipments .
Follow up with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and logistics providers.
Review import/export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB, etc.).
Track deliveries and ensure material availability for production.
Support inventory control and SAP transactions.
Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing and Warehouse teams.
Identify shipment risks and proactively communicate delays.
What we're looking for 2-5 years of experience in Import/Export Operations , International Logistics or Foreign Trade.
Experience coordinating international shipments and customs documentation.
Knowledge of Incoterms and import/export processes.
SAP experience preferred.
Advanced Excel.
