Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Production Support Engineer (L2/L3) with strong expertise in AWS Cloud, DevOps tools, and hands‐on experience in managing critical production environments.The adecuado candidate will be responsible for incident management, troubleshooting, automation, and ensuring high availability of applications.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and support production systems ensuring uptime, reliability, and performance.Perform L2/L3 incident analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause identification.Handle on‐call support, escalations, and coordinate with cross‐functional teams.Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure in AWSImplement automation using DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform (as applicable).
Develop and maintain shell scripts, automation scripts, or utility scripts for operational efficiency.Ensure adherence to SLAs, perform change management, and support release deployments.Analyze recurring issues and contribute to RCA documentation.Collaborate with development teams to resolve application-level issues.Utilize prompt‐based tools/AI assistants for faster diagnosis, code understanding, and operational queries.
