Manufacturing Operations Manager | CNCThis role will be responsible for leading a key manufacturing operation within a high-volume production environment, ensuring strong execution across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and people management.Key responsibilities:Lead daily manufacturing operations and production performance.Manage operational teams in a shop-floor environment.Drive improvements in efficiency, productivity, quality, and service levels.Partner with cross-functional teams to solve operational issues.Promote continuous improvement and strong execution discipline.Adecuado background:Experience leading CNC machining / machining operations is requiredExperience leading manufacturing operations.Strong shop-floor leadership and KPI management.Experience managing direct and indirect teams.Continuous improvement mindset.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.English is mandatory.
