We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Leader to lead and execute key HR strategies within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
This role will serve as a strategic business partner to plant leadership, driving talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, labor relations, and workforce planning initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded HR background, combining strong expertise in talent processes, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and culture development.
This position requires a hands-on leader capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels while fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Management & Organizational DevelopmentLead and facilitate performance management processes, including performance reviews, talent assessments, calibration sessions, and development planningDrive succession planning initiatives and support the identification and development of high-potential talentPartner with leaders to create career growth frameworks and employee development strategiesSupport workforce planning efforts aligned with current and future business needsDevelop and implement organizational development programs that strengthen leadership capabilities and team effectivenessCompensation & Talent StrategyPartner with leadership and HR stakeholders on compensation planning, salary benchmarking, and talent retention initiativesProvide guidance on internal equity, organizational structure, and workforce effectivenessSupport annual compensation reviews and talent planning cyclesEmployee Engagement & CultureDesign and implement employee engagement strategies that enhance organizational culture and employee experienceLead employee recognition programs, communication initiatives,
and culture-building activitiesAnalyze engagement feedback and develop action plans to improve organizational effectiveness and retentionPromote a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with company valuesLabor & Employee RelationsProvide guidance and support to leaders on employee relations matters and workplace concernsPartner with operations leaders to address employee issues while ensuring consistent application of policies and proceduresSupport investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement processesFoster positive employee relations while balancing business objectives and workforce needsHR Leadership & Business PartnershipAct as a trusted advisor to plant and functional leadership teamsSupport organizational changes, business transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement effortsUtilize HR metrics and workforce data to support decision-making and business strategyEnsure HR programs and practices align with organizational goals and compliance requirementsQualificationsRequiredBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related fieldAdvanced English skillsOver 5 years pof Human Resources experiencStrong experience in Performance ManagementTalent Reviews & Succession PlanningCareer Development ProgramsOrganizational DevelopmentEmployee EngagementCompensation ProcessesLabor & Employee RelationsExperience partnering with senior leadership teams in a manufacturing, industrial, or operations-driven environment.Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.Advanced English proficiency.PreferredExperience supporting manufacturing or multi-shift operations.Background leading culture transformation and engagement initiatives.Experience managing HR projects across multiple functions or locations.Master's Degree or HR certification is a plus.Adecuado Candidate ProfileThe successful candidate will be a strategic and influential HR leader with the ability to balance business objectives and people priorities.
