We are seeking a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Recruiter.In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.You will work closely with our internal team and client stakeholders to fill roles efficiently and with precision.This is an adecuado opportunity for a seasoned recruiter who values flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to make a real impact in a fast-paced remote environment.Key Responsibilities:Proactively source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (Indeed, Linked In, Occ, and more), Boolean searches, referrals, and talent communities.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future openings.Develop creative sourcing strategies tailored to hard-to-fill or niche roles.Conduct initial video screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and remote-work readiness.Administer pre-employment assessments or skills tests when required by the client or role.Maintain detailed candidate notes and evaluations in the ATS for full team visibility.Provide timely updates on pipeline status, candidate feedback, and market insights.Manage end-to-end recruitment workflows including job posting, candidate outreach, interview coordination, reference checks,



and offer management.Coordinate structured interviews between candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones.Facilitate offer negotiations and support a smooth transition to onboarding handoff.Deliver a positive, professional, and responsive candidate experience at every stage of the process.Communicate proactively with candidates regarding application status, next steps, and feedback.Support employer branding initiatives by representing the company's culture and values authentically.Keep the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) up to date with accurate candidate records and recruitment activity.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a staffing agency, or remote-first environment.Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Indeed, and multiple job boards.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; able to engage candidates and clients professionally across digital channels.Comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to quality.Familiarity with recruiting for roles in technology, marketing, finance, or operations.Benefits:$18,000 mxn monthly100% remote full-time collaborationMonday – Friday PST hoursFriendly and professional team.Opportunities for growth and development.Required:Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.Extra Computer MonitorInternet speed of at least 100MBPSHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcamBattery back up for computerQuiet, dedicated workspace at home
