**Description**:**The Role**- Drive scalability and efficiency improvements, reducing cost and complexity in the operating model- Focus on data quality - ensure processes are aligned to maintain an appropriate standard- Reduce operational risk by leveraging the usage of the SimCorp Dimension platform.
- Develop collaborative relationships and openly communicate on work matters with internal teams.
- Effectively interact with internal teams to keep them informed on progress and ensure they carry out any required actions.
**Qualifications**:**The Requirements**- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of the core capabilities and processes that underpin a general asset management business (Portfolio Construction and modelling, Order Management, Trade Execution, Compliance, Risk, and Performance)- Good understanding of multiple asset classes (including ETD and OTC derivatives, Loans, Private Assets, etc.)- Experience with platforms/system functionality that support the core asset management capabilities used by Investment teams- Demonstrable Business Analysis skills with the ability to define and document business requirements to a high standard.




- Confidence to engage in discussions with colleagues across the investment, operations, change and technology functions.
- Problem-solving ability within a complex environment.
- Good technical knowledge and ability to translate between IT and the business.
- Awareness of full project life cycle including defining user requirements, defining test scenarios and user acceptance testing.
- Reasonable understanding of investment theory/process.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Advanced oral and written communication skills in English is a must.
- Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, but also cooperatively in a team environment.
- Disciplined working style.
**Additional Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications that will help**- Experience working in an asset manager or similar organization, with experience working directly with Investment teams- Experience working with external vendors / third-party suppliers is also beneficial.
- Experience with SimCorp Dimension platform or similar.
