## Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an **Facilities Engineer** located in **Guadalajara, North Campus.
** Reporting to the **Facilities Manager,** the role involves responsibilities for activities of personnel engaged in the troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance of manufacturing equipment in order to attain goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery requirements.
**What a typical day looks like:*** Researches facility products or equipment specifications and performance requirements to define designs which can be produced by existing manufacturing or processing facilities and methods.
* Researches engineering proposals, process requirements and related technical data pertaining to industrial facilities machinery and equipment design.
* Defines feasibility of designing new plant facilities equipment or modifying existing facilities considering costs, available space, time limitations, company planning and other technical and economic factors.
* Provides technical facilities information concerning manufacturing or processing techniques, materials, properties and process advantages and limitations which affect long range plant and product engineering planning.




* Compiles and researches facilities research data to establish performance standards for newly designed or modified equipment.
* Studies engineering and technical publications to keep abreast of technical changes and developments in industry.
* Uses computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
* Guides projects and project teams.
**The experience we're looking to add to our team:*** Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent experience and training.
* Typically requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience.
* Knowledge of structural calculations and design* Adaptable schedule availability* Experience in project control and management* Proficient in Microsoft Project, Auto CAD, and Excel* Experience with unit price analysis and cost estimation (Unit Prices)**What you'll receive for the great work you provide:*** Competitive Salary.
