## Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a **Senior Process Engineer (Mechanical Assembly)** located in **Guadalajara, North Campus.
**Reporting to the **Process Engineer Manager,** this role involves responsibilities for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a PCBA manufacturing organization.
**What a typical day looks like:*** Develop mechanical assembly processes capable of ensuring stability, capacity, and continuous improvement.
* Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.
* Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production.
* Develop, implement and take ownership of process control methodologies* Hold up the raising and introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs).
* Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer.




* Process development and optimization* Specialized technical support* Project management* Continuous improvement and productivity* Quality and safety* Hold up and oversee new process equipment production.
**Experience we're looking to add to our team:*** Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in related field.
* Typically requires 4 years of experience in engineering in the high technology electronics industry or related area.
* Experience in mechanical assembly / electronics processes* Technical knowledge (intelligent torque tools, PLCs, liquid cooling, pneumatics, poka‐yoke, maintenance)* Advanced English.
