Job Area Program Analyst
General Summary Job function of Project Analyst (PA) is to assist with various activities including administrative tasks, internal process handling and workflow tracking.
Data Collection & Preparation Collect data from multiple sources (databases, spreadsheets, APIs, surveys).
Clean, validate, and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Identify and resolve data quality issues (missing, duplicate, or incorrect data).
Define data requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
Travel Support Create travel plans, book flights, hotels, and visa for travelers.
Prepare timely expense reports and planning spreadsheets.
Create and update records in internal log of meetings and attendance.
Booking and Expense Reports Maintain memberships and payments.
Create and track workflows using internal procurement system.
Record and track invoices and payments; follow up with accounts payable as needed.
Other Administrative Tasks Maintain and update presentation templates as needed.
Update policy and other documents as needed.
Create and update various spreadsheets to track project metrics.
Generate monthly reports for review.




Support other assistants and take on other tasks as needed.
Meeting Tracking Maintain internal log of meetings and attendance.
Requirements 2+ years experience in project analysis and/or administration.
Proficiency with Chat GPT or equivalent, Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
Preferred Qualifications Proactive, self‐motivated, strong organizational skills.
Strong team player.
Experience with Share Point and Salesforce is a plus.
Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Associate's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant work experience.
