Testing & Analysis: Perform physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses; conduct sensory evaluations and nutritional analysis.
Project Management: Lead projects from ideation through launch, managing timelines and technical challenges.
Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Operations, Procurement, and Quality Assurance (QA/FSQA).
Compliance: Ensure products meet food safety, regulatory, and internal standards.
Essential Skills & Qualifications Education: Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field.
Technical Skills: Food chemistry, ingredient functionality, lab techniques, processing, data analysis, nutritional software (like ESHA).
