Essential duties and responsibilities Planning and coordinate maintenance technicians' activities Provide designs specifications and documentation to create changes and remodeling projects in the building Provide technical assistance to the operation department, and make improvements in process already in the place Assurance their facilities comply with regulations and codes Coordinate and tester external services suppliers,
