About UsHomma Talent is a specialized hospitality recruitment agency whose vision is to bridge the gap in the hospitality industry's labor shortage in the U.S. by creating a better future for Mexican and Canadian talent.Job DescriptionThe Operations Supervisor supports Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest service and efficient daily operations.This role assists across departments, helps maintain operational standards, resolves guest concerns, and provides leadership support while working alongside associates to meet the resort's business needs.Responsibilities:Support daily operations within Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage.Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure resort standards are maintained.Monitor service standards and ensure guests receive prompt and attentive service.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines,



and service standards.Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of hotel supervisory experience preferred.A 4-year hospitality/tourism college degree.Experience in Front Office, Housekeeping, and/or Food & Beverage required.Knowledge of OPERA systems preferred.Advanced English.Due to visa restrictions, at the moment we are only accepting candidates from Mexico and Canada.The limitation to Mexican and Canadian nationals is a legal requirement tied to the specifics of the TN visa, not a preference of the employer.Benefits:TN Visa provided.
