_**Remote Operator & Dispatcher (Independent Contractor)**_- **Fusion Factor Corporation****Company Overview**Fusion Factor Corporation is a growing technology services company supporting businessesacross the United States.We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized RemoteOperator & Dispatcher to support incoming customer communications, scheduling, andadministrative coordination.**Position Overview**This is a full-time remote independent contractor opportunity for someone who enjoyshelping customers, answering calls, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced teamNo previous IT industry experience is required.Training for company systems, processes,and IT service coordination will be provided.**Core Responsibilities**- Answer inbound calls professionally for new and existing customers- Provide a positive and professional customer service experience- Route calls and messages to the appropriate department or team member- Assist with scheduling, dispatching,
