This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining commercial success with technical expertise in a field-based role.As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while growing existing customer relationships across the region. You'll work collaboratively with distributors, key accounts and veterinary professionals, providing technical guidance, product training and commercial support to maximise customer success.This is a remote-based position covering Mexico, with regular travel across the country and occasional travel throughout Central America. Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue growth.Identify,



qualify and convert new business opportunities.Support distributor performance and strengthen partner engagement.Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations and customer training.Provide first-line technical support and coordinate issue resolution where required.Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and commercial success.We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial skills with technical knowledge of the animal health sector.Previous field sales, account management or sales focused experience within animal health, veterinary diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, livestock nutrition or a related industry.Knowledge of veterinary diagnostics, including ELISA and PCR, is beneficial.The ability to communicate technical information in a commercial and customer-focused way.Fluency in both English and Spanish.Salary: Competitive + Car Allowance + BonusLocation: Remote, MexicoOpportunity to join a growing international business with genuine autonomy and regional responsibility.Ongoing professional development and the chance to work with innovative diagnostic solutions supporting animal health.
