Based manufacturing company is seeking a Financial Controller to support its growing operations in Mexico. This position will serve as a key member of the finance leadership team and play an important role in accounting, financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance.This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working closely with manufacturing operations and wants to have a direct impact on business performance. The successful candidate will partner with plant leadership and corporate finance teams to drive financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.Support all accounting and financial activities for the Mexico operation.Prepare financial reports, analyses, and management reporting packages.Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, labor, overhead, and operational performance.Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls,



and company policies.Support audit activities and statutory reporting requirements.Collaborate with corporate finance teams in the United States on reporting, analysis, and strategic initiatives.Serve as a key SAP finance resource and support process improvements, reporting enhancements, and data integrity initiatives.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.~8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience within a manufacturing environment.~ Conversational to fluent English required; Strong background in cost accounting, inventory accounting, and financial analysis.~ Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.~ Advanced SAP experience is required.~ Fluent Spanish and professional English communication skills required.~ We are seeking a hands-on finance professional who can operate effectively at both the strategic and transactional levels.
