**Summary**:
As Director of Revenue, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to the revenue function, ensuring the efficient operation of the department in alignment with Hyatt International's corporate strategies, brand standards, and the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
This role is instrumental in driving profitable growth through revenue optimization, financial best practices, and the effective management of all revenue-related processes.
The Director of Revenue serves as the key authority on revenue accounting and commercial performance, overseeing all technical aspects of the hotel's revenue streams and ensuring compliance with revenue recognition policies, financial standards, and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance leadership teams, you will identify revenue opportunities, enhance commercial performance, and support data-driven strategic decision-making.
In addition,



you will oversee royalty accounting, invoicing processes, and related financial controls while leading and developing a high-performing team to achieve the hotel's financial and operational objectives.
**Qualifications**:
A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.
An MBA or postgraduate studies in Revenue Management, Finance, or Strategy will be considered an advantage.
**Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken, is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in international and multicultural business environments.
**
Experience with Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Business Intelligence tools, data analytics platforms, and hotel distribution systems is highly valued.
